SMS Messaging Terms
La Cima Aesthetics & Wellness operates a customer-care and account-notification text messaging program. The program is designed to support the patient experience with relevant transactional and informational communications; it is not a promotional marketing program under these Terms.

Consent to receive messages
We send text messages only to individuals who have provided consent for the applicable communications. Consent may be obtained when a person provides a mobile number and affirmatively selects an unchecked SMS-consent checkbox on an applicable website, appointment-booking, or patient-intake form. For transactional communications, consent may also be obtained through documented verbal consent. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency may vary according to a recipient’s appointment activity, submitted forms, patient account activity, and care needs. We recommend that recipients save our contact information and tell us promptly if a phone number changes.
How to opt out or get help
To stop future SMS messages from this program, reply STOP to a message from La Cima. After you opt out, you may receive a single confirmation message. To request assistance, reply HELP or email info@lacimamed.com. Opting out of SMS does not cancel an appointment; contact the team directly for appointment changes.
Mobile carriers and delivery
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on factors outside La Cima’s control, including your mobile carrier, device, service availability, and network conditions.
Age and emergency communications
The SMS program does not promote or sell alcohol, tobacco, cannabis, firearms, gambling, adult content, or other age-restricted products or services. The program is intended for adults age 18 or older, or for a parent or legal guardian who has authority to communicate with La Cima regarding a minor. If you are under 18, do not independently provide SMS consent; a parent or legal guardian must provide any required consent.
Text messages are not monitored for emergencies and should not be used to communicate urgent medical concerns. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek emergency care immediately.

Appointment availability is not guaranteed until confirmed by La Cima or the applicable booking provider. Information on this website is provided for general informational purposes and does not create a clinician-patient relationship or replace an individualized consultation. Treatment suitability, recommendations, and outcomes depend on individual circumstances and are determined by qualified professionals.
